Abstract

This article brought out to discusses the mechanism of online learning. It explores the functional perspective towards building smart ethics of knowledge management in the field of teaching and learning through the e-resources. It emphasizes how the digital Libraries and virtual Museums can support human beings for growth of knowledge on the basis of their content feeding. This article also explores the scope of learning prospects in a rapidly transforming society and culture.
